After that, they turn to Sophy Romvari’s acclaimed debut feature Blue Heron. It’s a delicate and devastating memory piece about childhood trauma and the impossibility of clean closure. Jon and Will unpack the film’s festival buzz and debate how it compares to Aftersun.
